Provides customers with information relating to player cards, marketing events, gaming products, hours of operation, and other services and amenities.Uses only designated cleaning products supplied by management.Monitors and troubleshoots the physical condition of carpeting, upholstery, furnishings and equipment in assigned areas, and reports items in need of repair.Removes debris and trash from areas to keep the physical property, including exterior areas such as the parking lot, in spotless condition.Deep cleans, vacuums, polishes and details specific areas of the building during the assigned shift.Performs all duties and tasks with courtesy and enthusiasm, adding to the overall environment of fun and excitement for guests.
Ensures that the front and back of house areas are spotless, fully functional and aesthetically pleasing for guests, while serving as an information and service ambassador for the company.
